Cypress Hill & Bone Thugs-N-Harmony: Once Upon A Time in the Summer 2026 Tour Experience a summer night to never forget with hip-hop legends Cypress Hill and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony as they bring their Once Upon A Time in the Summer 2026 Tour to McGrath Amphitheatre on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026. Doors open at 6:00pm and the show will start at 7:00pm. This tour is going to be one huge celebration of hip-hop in honor of the 35 years of West Coast and Midwestern rap history that Cypress Hill have accomplished. Hip-hop fans all over the country unite to celebrate these hip-hop legends.

Cypress Hill

Cypress Hill, pioneers of West Coast hip-hop fusion with elements of rock, reggae and psychedelia. One of the first Latin American acts to achieve mainstream success, Cypress Hill were founded in their hometown of South Gate, California in 1988. Sing along to some of the group’s most popular songs including “Insane in the Brain”, “How I Could Just Kill a Man”, “Throw Your Set in the Air”, “Dr. Greenthumb” and “(Rock) Superstar” and get an introduction to some of their more recent music which can be heard on their album Back in Black, which was released on 18 March 2022. With sales of over 20 million records worldwide and numerous platinum certifications in multi-platinum, the group have clearly made a lasting mark on the hip-hop genre. Cypress Hill have been nominated for a Billboard Music Award for Top Rap Song in 1992, as well as three Grammy Awards and an MTV Video Music Award nomination. The group received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2019, becoming the first hip-hop group in history to receive this honour.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is a rap group from Cleveland, Ohio. The group consists of 5 members; Bizzy Bone, Flesh-n-Bone, Krayzie Bone, Wish Bone and Layzie Bone in 1991. Some of their live performances include songs such as "Tha Crossroads", "1st of tha Month", "Thuggish Ruggish Bone", "Foe tha Love of $", and "Look into My Eyes". Their most recent album "New Waves" was released in 2017. They have recently joined with Greenback Records in 2024 and dropped a new single in 2025 titled "Awwww Aww Shit". The group has sold over 16 million records. They have won a Grammy Award for "Tha Crossroads" in 1997. The group ranked No. 12 on About.com's 25 Best Rap Groups of All Time. The group's "Tha Crossroads" single holds the record for the highest-debuting rap single ever, and it is the rap single that entered the national singles chart at No. 2 the fastest, which it climbed to No. 1 faster than any single since The Beatles' "Can't Buy Me Love" in 1964!!

The venue seats 5,000 when filled with a group of 5,000 other live music fans. The upper plaza may also be tented out for VIP seating.
